A man we did not know at the YMCA stopped me and asked if I wanted to try his I did and ordered mine. I stand taller and it will not tip. I am more secure in walking. I have Parkinson’s.
Its hard to find a place to mount the cup holder.When you fold up the walker the cup holder falls off. It needs a ball bearing lock, that smaps in to place.
My husband really likes it. He feels so much confident now that he can transport his own coffee cup, pop, & or water
I’d live to show pics & I really fid love it but I had to return the Upright Walker & the cup holder as well 😢 It would have been the perfect companion piece!!!!

My husband does so much better with this walker instead of the shorter ones. Little wider than his shorter one. Took a little time to maneuver it. Would definitely recommend it.
The strap should be more adjustable because it doesn't adjust to the pole well.
My phone is in a case and won't fit in the phone slot of the cup holder AND none of my cups will fit the cup holder. Maybe if it were a disposable cup it may fit. I still have it and am not sure how to return it.

It wasn't user friendly at all. Couldn't get it to go on and trying to get ahold of support was a joke on one answered after 45 minutes so I hung up.
There were no installation instructions and we have not been able to install!
This basic cup holder is for small to medium size cups or plastic water bottles. Tried a 32oz metal water bottle and it tended to tip and if not mounted just right, the bottle spins. This cup holder also sticks out an extra few inches and if not careful when passing other objects like door jams or elevator doors it catches. Had the metal/plastic water bottle in the holder and when it caught the door jam, the bottle came out and fell to the ground chipping the plastic lid.
It is hard to snap on. Hard to snap off. And is very tippy and any bump tips it over

Hard to get attached to walker and not stable once attached Also -no directions on the general directions to mount cup holder Seat is very narrow for sitting down We bought for my 87 yr old brother - he has vascular dementia Maybe wrong walker for him
It does not fit my walker. I love the walker but can’t find a place this cup/phone attachment. Bert disappointing.
