The new armrest was shipped quickly and packaged well. It fits just as expected.
Screw works very well since you know you will unscrew and screw that one particular screw a lot. It should be longer and some type of attachment should come so you never lose the screw. I found something to put on it. Other than that, the work works fine. I'm very pleased with the Walker I have one question. Why do the brakes come loose? Try to tighten them up

Ordering the replacement arm cushion was very easy. Works great!
It works...sort of...it keeps moving and tipping so my cup almost falls over. I also ordered replacement arm rests...I ordered a pair but only received one

The bottom part NEVER arrived!!!! Several phone calls did NOT resolve the issue. The last phone call got the missing part being shipped to us-HOPEFULLY-but we have not received it YET!!!
We all lose spare parts... Likely one of the spare cylinders in my mind included. ...But, that being said, I would rather take this opportunity to commend AllVibrant for an excellent walker!
It fixed my problem but took awhile to get here.
I had to wait a month to get the part. There’s no other option except to wait it out. It would be nice if parts were available in the states.

Unfortunately, the vibration of the roller causes the right side height lock knob to fall (unnoticed) off of the device. I will be ordering another one soon.
I first purchased the Allvibrant Roller for my Husband, who has neuropathy. When it arrived he said he would rather stay with his cane. (Fine) I have emphysema and have had problems keeping up with my friends when we go out. Thanks to the roller, I can still be an active member of our group! Thanks.

Very happy with service I got to replace the armrest on my walker! This walker saved my life! Couldn’t walk without it!
I have no problem with the product. When I called the customer service number I had to leave a message instead of talking to a person right away. The phone call would be returned six to eight hours later that same day or the following day. The call back time was diappointing..

I purchased this walker after one that I purchased that was of poor quality. I like how the cables are routed through the frame. I would like ability to have a place on the left for a grabber. I would also like to see the height adjustment go about one click higher. I like the walker and it is of great quality.
