I am a 76 year old lady who had both knees and both hips replaced and a lower spinal fusion. During my right hip replacement, nerve damage occurred so I wear the X-Tern AFO brace for drop foot . I just had a catastrophic fall 5 1/2 weeks ago. I was in a Trauma 1 unit for 5 1/2 days; then transported to a wonderful Ohio Health Rehabilitation Hospital for 14 days.. I had been using an all terrain rollator full time for 4 years. I refused to use the little aluminum walker at rehab, so they brought down your stand up rollator because I broke my femur completely in two in my right leg. I came home and bought your standup. I use it only in the house. The wheel size of your rollator is better because I tripped over my big wheels on my All Terrain. Thank you for the design. I found a different company that made a great All-Terrain Standup so I can attend all my grandkids events with big crowds. That one stays in my car. My mom is in rehab with her third stroke, after her first stroke the whole side of her body she's been able to use but with much difficulty her hand has curled in, although she has some strength in it she has to use her other hand to pull her fingers out to grab the normal walkers, she's had many Falls with those type, she's now in rehab on her third stroke and this has helped her immensely the rehab facility has about eight walkers but none of them with the armrest features, the first day I brought it to her she was able to walk around the lobby into the exercise facility and back to her room she loves it I love that she loves it and I thank you so much for this product it is sturdy well built and safe

Hello; thank you for asking. I'm honestly not sure how this will go, and here's why: I have MS and it's progressing (deteriorating?) fairly rapidly. We got the upright walker to try to alleviate some of the arm strain I subject myself to because I have to lean so heavily on the unit. The upright design and the 'balance' of your walker does seem to be beneficial -- I need to tweek the height, and practice (!!).

Had purchased the Roller a month before my wife’s birthday and surprised her with it at her birthday party. It took about five minutes to read and learn the instructions and another five minutes to physically put it together, for an 80 year old I can honestly say it was an easy task. Oh! We took it for a test run and she loves it . On our second day we noticed that the left brake wasn’t working but the roller instructions easily helped solve that problem.

The cart is well made. There are some issues though, Going down slight declines the brakes lock up the rear wheels. Thus I am sliding downhill. At first I thought the brakes were not working & squeezed so hard I stretched the cables. Had to fix that twice & a 3rd time may be needed.
The problem could possibly be fixed by having rear tires with tread.

I had to adjust the brakes. They were dragging. The only two design changes i would make would be 1. to make the stance wider. This would help big guys like me. 2. the other design change i would be able to rise the handlebars higher. The only problem I could see is that would make the center of gravity too high. The walker veers a bit to my left as I walk. I have to work hard to keep it rolling straight ahead and not go to the left. Steering is also not easy but that is to be expected in a larger walker. It is smoother over rougher cement than my previous rollator. I still find myself needing to bend forward as I walk and thereby still suffer from back and shoulder pain. However, in all fairness, I have scoliosis and that might explain the extra bending and resulting pain.

I took my walker on vacation to Washington D.C. for the 4th of July week. It allowed me to explore everywhere! It was an instant carryon transporter at the airport as well as a simple to load/unload walker for each Uber all day. I had made a strap to wind around it when folded flat from velcro and woven belt material and it was easily lifted in and out of any car trunk and quickly returned to its upright stable position for me. One hiccup was when one brake cable was bent and sort of stuck when I was going downhill. Over all, an amazing machine, thank you!

I originally purchased the Vive upright walker but found that it is a very dangerous product as it easily tips over falling forward when going down hills or hitting even the slightest bump, where the front wheels stop and you fall forward. “I love this walker! With the normal type of rollator, I traded pain in my back for pain in my arms. Not with this one. You are much more vertical with your hands and wrists in a comfortable neutral position. My gait is greatly improved saving my hips, knees, and ankles. Love the walker. Not as compact as I thought it would be due to larger rear wheels. Also, I'm uneasy trusting it to sit down on as it doesn't have a solid feel. Assembly was mostly trial and error as instructions did not always align with identified parts. It is helping very much with posture!

Hello; thank you for asking. I'm honestly not sure how this will go, and here's why: I have MS and it's progressing (deteriorating?) fairly rapidly. We got the upright walker to try to alleviate some of the arm strain I subject myself to because I have to lean so heavily on the unit. The upright design and the 'balance' of your walker does seem to be beneficial -- I need to tweek the height, and practice (!!).

Quality merchandise, assembly instructions are jumbled...the last page should have been shown as item #3 to open the walker, and terminology isnt appropriate for the release bar or its location. We figured it out eventually, and are quite happy with our purchase and value for the money. The safety video to ensure the walker is used appropriately was outstanding.

It is what I have been looking for. It really supports my back. My only suggestion is that I wish the forearm rests would come up higher. I have it in the last notch, but if it would go higher< I could walk with my back completely straight and upright.

Had purchased the Roller a month before my wife’s birthday and surprised her with it at her birthday party. It took about five minutes to read and learn the instructions and another five minutes to physically put it together, for an 80 year old I can honestly say it was an easy task. Oh! We took it for a test run and she loves it . On our second day we noticed that the left brake wasn’t working but the roller instructions easily helped solve that problem.

its great for my wife for walking but you cannot lower the 2 arms low enough to keep the for-arm holders from rubbing on her head when she sits down. It would be great if the arms could be lowered enough so she could use the for-arm holder as arm rests when sitting.

The cart is well made. There are some issues though, Going down slight declines the brakes lock up the rear wheels. Thus I am sliding downhill. At first I thought the brakes were not working & squeezed so hard I stretched the cables. Had to fix that twice & a 3rd time may be needed.
The problem could possibly be fixed by having rear tires with tread.
The upright position is good,

I had to adjust the brakes. They were dragging. The only two design changes i would make would be 1. to make the stance wider. This would help big guys like me. 2. the other design change i would be able to rise the handlebars higher. The only problem I could see is that would make the center of gravity too high. The walker veers a bit to my left as I walk. I have to work hard to keep it rolling straight ahead and not go to the left. Steering is also not easy but that is to be expected in a larger walker. It is smoother over rougher cement than my previous rollator. I still find myself needing to bend forward as I walk and thereby still suffer from back and shoulder pain. However, in all fairness, I have scoliosis and that might explain the extra bending and resulting pain.

The unit is very large. My mom is 5’4” and weighs 90 lbs. it dwarfed her. It also was too big to get in the trunk of the car. It not only is tall and cumbersome but the seat is extra wide. It’s a good idea but built for extra big ppl. I’m donating it to senior center. Can’t use this monster.

The seat is ridiculous. And there are no handles when you are sitting to get back up. It is a very bad design for those who have trouble getting up.

My husband used it around the house for a few days. When we brought it out the handles had to be adjusted, when we took it out of the car the handle got caught up on something in a parking lot. It took a while to be able to move it. We were in a panic because he can't walk without assistance. Hopefully that doesn't happen again.

I took my walker on vacation to Washington D.C. for the 4th of July week. It allowed me to explore everywhere! It was an instant carryon transporter at the airport as well as a simple to load/unload walker for each Uber all day. I had made a strap to wind around it when folded flat from velcro and woven belt material and it was easily lifted in and out of any car trunk and quickly returned to its upright stable position for me. One hiccup was when one brake cable was bent and sort of stuck when I was going downhill. Over all, an amazing machine, thank you!
